With Monteau being a popular tourist destination, you’ll have plenty of options for lodging, dining, and camping right at the base of the mountain. So mark your calendars and get ready for an unforgettable enduro experience at this exciting new venue!

The Mountain Lakes District in New Hampshire is a charming recreational community nestled within the picturesque White Mountains. Offering a blend of natural beauty, outdoor activities, and a welcoming atmosphere, it’s a popular destination for both residents and visitors.

Stan’s Enduro Virtual Racer’s Meeting

The NEUTRAL PIT AREA is the Mounteau Parking lot only, no outside assistance allowed elsewhere including the transfers, feed tent and race segments. No stashing of anything allowed on course. Registered racers can always assist each other however.

SHUTTLING – is not allowed for this event. If you are seen/reported/caught/whatever shuttling on Sunday/Raceday, you will be assessed a time penalty or a DQ. Trust us you will not be on the podium if you try, so don’t.

ONSITE FOOD AND BEVERAGES: The BEST Breakfast sandwiches and coffee on the ESC tour will be available for purchase on Saturday and Sunday 7am -10am at the Lodge. Breakfast sandwiches and other MLD purchases directly benefit more Monteau trail upgrades from the community as we continue to grow this mountain effort. Cash only.

FOOD TRUCKS: Saturday and Sunday 11am-5pm

CAMPING – A flat fee of $40 applies for camping on-site at the event.  The campsites are just a spot reserved for you in an open field. There are no hook-ups available.  Porta-potties on site. No open fires are allowed. Quiet hours are from 9pm – 7am. Pre-registration is required for camping and can be completed HERE.

There are off-site campgrounds available within 10 minutes of Monteau that have full hook-ups and facilities, as well as cabins for rent.  Twin River Campground is a 4.5-mile drive down Route 112. River Meadow Campground is a 6.5-mile drive located right on Route 10. As of this writing, both have availability for the event weekend.

  • Racers must start with their class and at the assigned time. If a racer misses their class start time, they will incur a time penalty or be disqualified.
  • Final Class Results will be posted 5 minutes after the last racer finishes in each class.
  • Each racer’s time and current positioning will be available as soon as they finish.
  • We will award medals and prizes at our tents 15 minutes after the Final Class Results have been posted.
  • No Reruns unless the course is closed during your race run.

    We do not send confirmation emails but we will send you venue-specific information and course maps on Thursday prior to the event.

    MAXXIS ESC RACE REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY

    • Refunds are available, less a $20 handling fee, until 14 days before the event.
    • Race entries cannot be transferred to a different event
    • Race entries can be transferred to another person for a $20 handling fee until 7 Days Before the event

    All racers must sign a MAXXIS ESC and a venue waiver before practicing or registering at all events. Racers under 18 must have a parent sign their waiver or supply a notarized parental signed copy. 

    Once activated it is imperative that Racers DO NOT Allow their Race chips to be idle near the start or finish beacons; The chips will constantly read the times broadcast by the beacons. The timing chips have a capacity of 100 time stamps and will quickly run out of space. After reading 100 time stamps, the timing chip will no longer read any more times. As a result, no times will be recorded, and you will be declared a DNF.

    Enduro Racers MUST hand in their timing chips within 15 minutes after finishing the last stage or they will be penalized 1 minute. After 30 minutes racers will be DQ’d from the event

    Racers MUST be present at the Series Final Award Ceremonies or at the Race Award Ceremony to Receive Awards and/or Cash Payouts!

    We will be onsite Friday afternoon, but please understand we cannot do any registration on Friday. We have a lot of courses to set up, and we really want to ride our bikes too !

    We will be offering our 2025 Maxxis ESC Socks, Pint Glasses, and T-Shirts at our registration tents. Please remember its cash only

    STAN’S ENDURO INFORMATION

    No Points will carry over to a new class when a racer upgrades or downgrades their class.
    MAXXIS ESC Racing Age is the racers age on December 31, 2025
    NO Racing License Required

    The Maxxis ESC does allow reruns if the course closed during the racer’s race run.
    The Maxxis ESC does allow reruns if the timers request a new run due to a malfunction.
    The Maxxis ESC does not allow reruns if a racer is impeded by another racer

    MAXXIS ESC Number Plates:
    Racers must display their 2025 MAXXIS ESC number plate while practicing or racing on the course. Only racers with a valid and registered 2025 MAXXIS ESC number plate are permitted on the course. These number plates can be purchased at each race for $10 and are valid for the entire season. Any modifications to the plate will result in disqualification, and the lettering and logos must remain completely intact, with no cuts allowed.

    WAIVERS
    All racers must sign a MAXXIS ESC and a venue waiver before practicing or registering at all events. Racers under 18 must have a parent sign their waiver or supply a notarized parental signed copy. No other methods are allowed.

    SHUTTLING
    Shuttling will result in a disqualification unless allowed explicitly in our racer’s letter or racer’s meeting.

    YOUTH 14U CLASS

    • The 14U Class will do the same stages and in the same order as the 12U Kids’ Class

    12U KIDS’ CLASS

    • In the Enduro, racers in this class will compete in fewer race segments than other racers.
    • This is the for the FUN Class!!

    Racers must be 12 or younger on December 31, 2025 to be eligible.

    ENDURO LITE CLASS
    This class is intended for beginners and new enduro racers to experience the excitement of enduro racing. Participants will receive a total race time and a time for each segment, but will not compete for Maxxis ESC Podiums, Prizes, or the Series Championship. This class is all about having fun! The Enduro Lite format offers enjoyable tracks suitable for riders of all levels, with a focus on women, kids, and first-time riders. The emphasis is on learning and having a good time with like-minded mountain bikers, rather than focusing on results or prizes.

    PLEASE NOTE: Enduro Lite Class racers are required to stay with the 12U Kids Class and race the segments in the same order.

    MAXXIS ESC Stan’s Enduro Series Race Podium
    The top 5 racers in each class will make the podium, with the first, second, and third place receiving custom Eastern States Cup Podium Medals. The fourth and fifth places will receive prizes from the ESC. Some venues may offer additional prizes as part of their enhanced prize packages.

    MAXXIS ESC Stan’s Enduro Men’s Pro and Women’s Pro Race Payouts:
    1st = $600
    2nd = $300
    3rd = $200
    4th = $100
    5th =   $50

     

    ESC Cash, When the number of racers in the men’s amateur class exceeds 50 or in the women’s amateur class exceeds 20, the class will receive a cash prize in addition to regular product prizes. The cash will be awarded as follows:

    • $100  -1st
    • $50   – 2nd
    • $25    -3rd

    No minimum number of races is needed to qualify for Stan’s Enduro Series Championship Standings

    Any ties will be broken by placement in the series finals at Arrowhead

    INFORMATION:

    • NO SHUTTLING– That goes for all weekend for everyone. If you are seen/reported/caught/whatever shuttling, you will be assessed a time penalty. Trust us, you will not be on the podium if you try, so don’t.
    • NUMBER PLATES– Will be sold at registration for $10 each. A 2025 MAXXIS ESC Number Plate must be affixed correctly to your bike always while on the tracks. You will not be allowed to ride without one. No cuts or trimming allowed on the plate, please.
    • CASH ONLY– NO, ATMs on site.
    • BUG SPRAY – You will want it, and please don’t ask for ours…lol
    • COLD – Temps expected in the 30’s overnights
    • RAIN – Don’t even go there !!
