LAST STAND

Maxxis ESC Stan’s Enduro Finals

Arrowhead, New Hampshire

Autumn has come in New England and we’re down to one last battle for all the marbles. The Wheel House crew has dialed in five stages for the final exam, mixing in some fresh lines with the old favorites to keep the playing field even. If you’ve got your eye on a champions jersey consistency throughout the season is key but with 125% points up for grabs, a strong showing at finals could help out the underdogs and shake up the overall standings. Read on to see who kept it rubber side down to find the top of the final podium of 2025 following a grueling season-long effort.

New England weather can be unpredictable this time of year but we lucked out with ample sunshine and temps in the 60’s.
photo
New Hampshire’s finest dirt was running prime this weekend, massive thanks to the Wheel House Bike Shop crew for the trail work and bike repairs to keep us going all weekend! Fantastic bike shop and incredible trails onsite are a win-win!
photo
With a big day on the bike ahead and an earlier than usual 8:30am start, coffee was a necessity.
photo
Five stages means five pedal transfers, you could also walk the steep bits as long as you finish within four hours.
photo
The Cannondale Ebike class were up and riding before the sun reached some of the stages. Jax Schmitz put together a strong race day, topping his class and taking home the white jersey.
photo
Martin Kulhanek finds a double to keep the speed rolling at the bottom of Stage 2. He would go on to take the 40-49 men’s class W with a trio of stage wins.

Two different approaches, both with positive outcomes. 20U winner Afton Danforth keeps it low while 21-29 men’s class winner Nathan True pulls on the bars and opts for the triple.
photo
Dan Moon loves some New England jank, he would ride to fourth in the race with a stage win and third in the Pro men’s overall.
photo
The Wheel House crew always has something fresh for us and this time it’s a rock slab to the viewers left of the old Conway roller. It’s massive, it’s intimidating and it was definitely the most popular spectator spot on the hill.
photo
Don’t worry he’s ok, just needed a quick rest before continuing on to the final two stages.
photo
Dexter Shearer shows the rock slab who’s boss, locking down P1 on the weekend and the 16U overall.
photo
Even though Chris Mari missed a couple races due to injury, you wouldn’t know it by his performance this weekend. Two stage wins, his fifth 30-39 men’s class win of the season and a championship jersey to top off a stellar year of racing.
photo
Second place in the 40-49 men’s class for Matt Gusto as he blasts through a kaleidoscope of fall colors.
photo
It can be tough to follow trails in the fall due to fallen foliage, when in doubt follow the dark dirt.
photo
Brian Clark emerges from the woods of Stage 5. He was on the gas all day, taking all five stages on his way to the 50+ Masters win.
photo
Markus Dumoulin screams into the final corner of the season and into second place for the 21-29 Men, propelling him to the series overall title.
photo
Those rogue roots and rocks will get you, not ideal but at least it happened on the last stage.
photo
Kai Waldman had a solid day on the bike, riding to third place in the Pro women’s field which was enough to earn her second in the overall.
photo
Pro racer Serefina Krajewska gaps into second place.
photo
Amanda Vansant gained 52 seconds on the rest of the Pro Women, winning fives stages, the race and the championship jersey. She was a force to be reckoned with this season, racking up six wins over seven races.
photo
Pro Women: 4th – Tillie Lange, 2nd – Serefina Krajewska, 1st – Amanda Vansant, 3rd – Kai Waldman, 5th – Cora Gates
photo
Isaac Allaire wrapped up the Pro men’s championship last round but still put in a solid effort at finals, earning third place just five seconds off the win.
photo
This was WIll Myers’ first Pro race with us and he nearly made it to the top step, checking off two stage wins with just under a second between him and first place.
photo
Adrian Hayden ends the season in style, earning his first win of the year which bumped him up to sixth place in the Pro men’s overall.
photo
Pro Men: 4th – Dan Moon, 2nd – Will Myers, 1st – Adrian Hayden, 3rd – Isaac Allaire, 5th – Dakota Alix

Once the dust settled it was time to grab an ice cold Hedlum and enjoy the final awards ceremony of the season with friends.

Everything must go!
