MAXXIS ESC Stan’s Enduro at Glen Park, Stroudsburg, PA
When visiting Glen Park, we kindly request that you drive slowly through the neighborhood to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Additionally, we encourage you to support the local restaurants by letting them know you are in town for the enduro race.
No Setting up OR Parking in the Ballpark or Overnight Parking Area until 2:00pm Friday.
The ballpark and overnight parking areas will be closed until 2:00 p.m. Friday. If someone opens the gates, do not park in either lot. Sorry about the inconvenience. The lots will open up for the weekend on Friday night.
If you do set up there you will be asked to move, and we do not want to do that.

- Ebikes allowed only for Ebike Racers at Glen Park from:

- PLEASE REFRAIN FROM ANY SHUTTLING AT GLEN PARK
- Racers must be present when their class is called up to activate their chips. Do not start the race without doing so or you will not get your racing times and be DQ’d.
- All racers must check in at registration and fill out the registration and waiver forms before riding the trails starting 9am Saturday.
- Enduro Racers must have their timing chips activated as we call them up to start their race. If they are not activated, they will not record your race!
- Please note that the neutral pit area is in the parking/camping lot at the base. No assistance is allowed elsewhere.
- There will be a Mandatory Racers Meeting at 8:30am Sunday
- Please watch our Virtual Racer Meeting as we will not cover this info at the live meeting

If you have not pre- purchased your required 2024 Maxxis ESC Number Plate, you can pick one at the registration tents. The cost is $10 (cash only) and are to be used for the entire 2024 race season. The high quality Box race plate retails for $20.

SPECIAL GLEN PARK RULES
We hate rules as much as you do but to be able to have an event at Glen Park we must enforce the following event specific rules or the offending racer will be disqualified:
NEUTRAL PIT AREA is the Glen Park Parking/Camping lot only, no assistance allowed elsewhere including the transfers, feed tent and race segments. No stashing of anything allowed on course and no assistance except in the parking lots
Cannondale E Bike Class – The Cannondale Ebike Class will compete on 6 stages with the first time up the Transfer stage counting towards their race results. ONLY Cannondale Ebike Class Racers may use E bikes from 9 am Saturday to the events end Sunday on the trails at Glen Park.
YOUTH 14U – KATES KIDS 12U – KATES LITE Will compete on sections 4-5-1-2 in that order. Our Staff will conduct a course ride along on Saturday at 11:00 am. Meet at the Registration Tents. The time may be adjusted, so please check with us at Registration.
No parents may ride with or run behind their children unless they are registered racers
NO SHUTTLING – That goes for everyone from 9 am Saturday to the events end Sunday. If you are seen/reported/caught/whatever shuttling, you will be assessed a time penalty. Trust us you will not be on the podium if you try, so don’t.
REGISTRATION – Please download and fill out all the attached documents prior to getting in the registration line. Minors will need to have their waivers notarized if their parent will not be present at registration check-in.
FORMS The venue waiver form must be filled out even if you preregistered. Print them out, fill them in and save time. You will not have to fill out an ESC entry or waiver form if you pre-registered.

MAPS – We will not provide printed maps for this event as the course is easy to follow. If you require a map, please print one in advance. You can find the 2024 MAXXIS ESC Enduro rules on our website. We advise reading through the rules as there have been some changes.
$100 TIMING CHIPS – We will be using our SIAC Fly By timing system for this event. Please note if you do not return the SIAC Timing Chip you will owe us $100. Yes they cost that much. Other enduro series require the racers to use their own or rent them plus a deposit. We trust our racers until proven otherwise so please make sure to return the chip if you decide to leave early.
Please Note: GPS units/watches on wrists, bars or stem may interfere with the SIAC Timing Chip so it’s best not to use one
Racers must be present at the racers meeting where we will activate their chips.

SWAG We will be offering our 2024 Maxxis ESC Socks, Pint Glasses and T Shirts at our registration tents, please remember its cash only.
CAMPING –No “official” camping at Glen Park, however “overnight parking” is allowed. Porta Potties on site.
NUMBER PLATES – All racers must always have a 2024 Maxxis ESC Number plate attached to their bike while riding at Glen Park after 9am Saturday until event end on Sunday afternoon. If you have not paid for your 2024 Maxxis ESC number plate or registration
- NO SHUTTLING– That goes for all weekend for everyone. If you are seen/reported/caught/whatever shuttling you will be assessed a time penalty. Trust us you will not be on the podium if you try, so don’t.
- PARKING – Parking is in the lot at end of Collins St. No parking next to the ballfield, that area is reserved for registration and registered teams only. Please do not block gate in baseball field lot. If the lot are full please park legally in the designated area on the street, do not block driveways, hydrants and lock your car. No EZ Ups allowed on the streets.
- CASH ONLY–No ATMs on site
- BUG SPRAY – You will want it and please don’t ask for ours…lol
- COLD – Temps expected in the 30’s overnights
- RAIN – Don’t even go there !!
