Intense Podium Payback Program Rules & Regulations
• Riders must be registered for the program to participate.

• Riders under 18 years of age must have parent/guardian consent to join the program.
• Must race an INTENSE bike to be eligible.
• Bike must be Registered via the INTENSE website
• The INTENSE logo must be unobstructed and intact
• Podium payback will be paid out to 5th place. There must be 2 riders behind your place to qualify. (5th place with 7 riders = paid / 5th place with 6 riders = not paid)
• Must race an INTENSE bike for the entire series to be eligible for series-end rewards
• All winnings must be claimed by visiting: https://intensecycles.com/pages/podium-payback-program and entering your race results and information.
• Cash/Prizes will be issued once results are entered and authenticated by an INTENSE staff member.
• Non-Pro classes contingency will be issued as store credit that can only be redeemed at a participating Intense dealership or online at https://intensecycles.com/pages/podium-payback-program
• Professional class cash winnings from valid professional-level classes will be paid via check and mailed to athlete at registered address.
• All cash payouts are paid at the end of each month based on verification of results.
• INTENSE reserves the right to decide which events and classes are eligible for INTENSE Contingency.
• Program details are subject to change without notice.
• Purchases using INTENSE store credit at a participating dealer can be used for INTENSE products and other products that will be used to advance your racing performance on your INTENSE bike. INTENSE contingency prizes may not be used for any other manufacture bike/parts.
• Amateur INTENSE Contingency is not redeemable for cash.
• It is the rider’s responsibility to resolve any disputes with the race organizations.
• Riders falsifying claims will be automatically disqualified from the program. Falsified claims may result in legal action.

• Make sure INTENSE logos are visible
AFTER YOU RACE:
• If you podium, claim your prize here: https://intensecycles.com/pages/podium-payback-program
• Fill out the form
• Allow 3-4 weeks for verification
• Pros: Checks will be mailed to the address used to register
• Non-Pros: You will receive a digital gift card that can be used at intensecycles.com or participating dealer
